Allow me to introduce myself….I am Tanya Dodd-Hise – long time photographer of many things, lover of food and self-proclaimed foodie, and now food writer. I will taste, sample, photograph, review, critique, and share some of my favorite (and not so favorite) foods and restaurants. It could be here, in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area….or it could be anywhere – I DO tend to get around! I will share highlights of dining and introduce my readers to the wonderful chefs who are behind the art – some you may know, and some you may not. So come along, stop in often, share your thoughts, and try some of the foods for yourself!
